Designed and developed a high-performance website with Next.js to showcase services and products. Optimized for Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and user experience — resulting in 2,900+ new users within two months and a first-position Google ranking.
Overview
This engagement was about more than a polished homepage: the business needed a credible digital presence that could rank, load fast on any device, and turn visitors into real clients. I built a structured, crawl-friendly sitemap with clear service and product pages, metadata, and internal linking patterns that match how people actually search for the company's offerings.
Challenge & approach
I started from scratch, beginning with a deep analysis of the business, its goals, and target audience. From there, I moved into the conception phase and designed clear user flows, followed by Figma prototypes to visualize the experience. Once validated, I built a fast, SEO-friendly website using modern technologies, focusing on performance, clean structure, and easy content management for future updates.
Results & impact
Within the first two months after launch, analytics showed more than 2,900 new users — a strong signal that discoverability and performance were working together. The site reached the first position on Google for its target keyword (screenshots below). It continues to serve as a scalable foundation for new services and campaigns.
